This email from my mom today made my day. To give some background, a group of us are going to Steamboat Springs for a ski trip (no, I will not be skiing) in less than a month. Jill, James, Jason and I are sharing a 2 bedroom condo at the same condos where mom, dad and two other couples booked their 3 bedroom condo.
From my mom:
kinda funny - Dad called the Condo this morning in Steamboat to see about getting our rooms close together and more inportantly in his view getting us on the lower floors since he feels he's going to have to carry all my luggage as well. Anyway, I asked him if he used my knee as an excuse - he said yes but that he used a double wammy - his daughter is pregnant and his wife just had knee surgery! It will be interesting to see if he gets his way.
We don't have an answer yet, but I just thought that was hilarious!
